shipping & returns policy

at nx vinyl, we do everything we can to make sure your records arrive fast, safe, and in one piece. here’s how it all works:


📦 order processing

  • as soon as your order comes in, we start packing it up with extra-secure materials so your vinyl shows up protected.

  • most orders ship the same business day if placed before our daily cutoff (eastern time). orders placed after the cutoff, weekends, or holidays go out the next business day.

  • once your order is on the way, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it from us to your doorstep.


🚚 shipping rates & delivery times

  • orders over $99 → free standard shipping (estimated 3-10 business days).

  • orders under $99

    • standard shipping (3-10 business days): $5.45 flat rate

    • expedited shipping (1-5 business days): $9.95 flat rate

  • all shipping is flat rate, which means the price stays the same no matter how many items you order.

  • right now we ship within the united states only.

  • delivery times are estimates and can vary because of carrier delays, weather, or holiday rush periods.


💿 returns & exchanges

we want you to love what you ordered. if not, here’s how returns work:

  • free returns within 30 days: you can return any eligible item up to 30 days from your order date at no cost to you.

  • condition of returns: items need to be in original condition and packaging. opened or damaged vinyl may not qualify.

  • in-store returns: bring items to our norcross, ga shop and we’ll process your refund on the spot.

  • mail-in returns:

    1. reach out to us at [insert email/phone] and we’ll send you a free return label.

    2. repack the item in the original packaging.

    3. drop it off with the carrier listed on your label.

    4. once we receive it, we’ll confirm by email within 3 business days and refund back to your original payment method. banks usually take 5-10 business days to post the funds.

  • exchanges: to swap for something else, start a return and place a new order for the item you want.


📌 extra things to know

  • some items may be final sale (like clearance, limited editions, or opened vinyl) and will be marked on the product page.

  • if your order shows up damaged or doesn’t arrive, let us know within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can fix it.

  • during holidays or busy times, shipping can take a little longer.

  • we reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions or in cases of abuse.
