Wampire- Curiosity (clear)

Playful, eerie, and drenched in retro textures — Curiosity is the debut album from Portland duo Wampire, released in 2013 via Polyvinyl. With its kaleidoscopic mix of lo-fi synths, surf-tinged guitars, and garage-pop sensibilities, the record captures a strange balance of humor and unease. Produced by Jake Portrait of Unknown Mortal Orchestra, it feels both immediate and timeless, bouncing between dance-floor hooks and shadowy atmospheres.
